Version support & accuracy
Java 1.20.6, 1.21.1 and 1.21.3: Overworld, Nether and End. Trial chambers require 1.21. Some structures are biome-checked candidates; mineshafts show placement candidates.
Biomes, villages, strongholds and slime chunks are algorithmic predictions, checked by automated regression and limited published references. Broad in-game validation has not been completed. Natural terrain uses estimated elevation and shading, not individual terrain blocks; biome-color mode samples Y=63. Spawn is estimated, and structures do not include Y.

Less wandering. More wondering.
Put the whole expedition in perspective. Preview the shape of the landscape, switch to the fixed-height biome map, and keep useful locations in a shareable link.
Available versions, dimensions and layers are listed in the map controls. Structure candidates do not guarantee complete generation, and terrain heights are estimates. Read about support and accuracy
Bring your seed
Copy the full seed from /seed and choose the Java version that generated your world.
Find your next stop
Switch between natural terrain and biome colors, follow a river, and pick a village or stronghold. Terrain heights are estimated.
Take the coordinates
Copy X/Z coordinates or save a map link to come back to the same view.
Before you set out
A few things worth knowing about your world.
Does the terrain preview show the exact world?
Terrain view uses estimated heights and biomes sampled at the estimated surface or water level. It is not a block renderer: peaks and shorelines can differ, and trees, buildings and player changes are not shown. Biome view retains fixed Y=63 samples.
Why does my world look different?
Check the full seed and the version that originally generated the area. Existing chunks retain old generation after a world upgrade. Modified generators and data packs can also produce different results.
What does the shared link remember?
It includes the seed, edition, version, dimension, terrain/biome mode, map center, zoom, visible layers and selected location. Older map links without a mode retain their original Y=63 biome view.
